1.3 Smart Sauna & App-Connected Device Information
When you connect and use a Radiant Health sauna or other compatible device with the App, we may collect:

- Device ID and serial number
- Device status (online/offline, error states)
- Activation and installation date
- Firmware version and update history
- Sauna settings (e.g., temperature, light settings, session duration)
- Session logs (e.g., start/stop times, usage frequency)
- Technical data needed to connect the device (e.g., Wi-Fi network name, signal strength, device MAC address)
We use this information to let you control your sauna from the App, show you current status, apply updates, improve reliability and safety, and improve your customer experience.
1.4 Mobile App Permissions and Special Features
Depending on your device and how you use the App, we may ask for access to certain features of your phone or tablet. We will always ask for your permission before accessing these.
You can change or withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings. If you turn off a permission, some App features may no longer work, but the core sauna control may still function where possible.
Common permissions include:
- Bluetooth & Local Network
- Used to discover, connect to, and control your sauna or other compatible devices.
- Without Bluetooth/local network access, pairing and certain controls may not work.
- Notifications
- Used to send you alerts (e.g., sauna preheated, session finished, error alerts) and important service messages.
- You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings and/or in the App.
- Camera
- Used only if you choose to scan a QR code or similar to pair a device or submit photos to support.
- We do not access your camera unless you actively use a camera-based feature.
- Photos / Media (Photo Library)
- Used only if you choose to upload images or screenshots (for example, when asking for support).
- We access only the content you select.
- Location (if enabled)
- In some cases, you may choose to enable location-based features, such as automatic behavior based on being near your sauna or showing local weather.
- We will collect approximate or precise location only as needed for the feature you enable and only while those features are active. You can turn off location sharing in your device settings at any time.
1.5 SMS / Text Message Information
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we may collect and store:
- Your mobile phone number
- SMS opt-in and opt-out status
- Message delivery and engagement information (for example, whether a message was delivered)
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other data categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this SMS-related information is not shared with third parties.

Mobile/SMS data exception:As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We otherwise share your personal information with third parties only with your consent or at your direction.

You have choices and, depending on where you live, certain rights regarding your personal information.
4.1 Marketing Communications
- Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting us.
- SMS: You can stop receiving SMS marketing by replying with the opt-out keyword described in the message (for example, “STOP”) or by contacting us.
- We may still send you non-marketing messages (such as order confirmations, service updates, or safety notices).
4.2 App Permissions and Controls
You can manage App permissions (location, camera, Bluetooth, notifications, etc.) in your mobile device settings. Turning off a permission may limit related features but will not affect past processing carried out with your consent.
4.3 Access, Update, or Delete Your Information

- Access and update certain account details directly in your account profile (website or App).
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that has already occurred but may limit some features of the Services.

- You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function if certain cookies are disabled.
- Our website currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.
