Shipping & Tracking

We ship our saunas across Canada. For US shipping, check out our US site
Your sauna will arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment and carrier pickup which typically takes 5-10 business days. After pickup, transit time is usually 5-14 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sauna is on the way.

Use Instructions

Far-infrared heat gently warms the body directly, rather than just heating the surrounding air. Unlike traditional saunas, which rely on high temperatures to induce sweating, far-infrared wavelengths penetrate the skin more deeply, warming the body from within. This process may encourage a natural sweating response as the body works to regulate its temperature, promoting a deep and refreshing sauna experience.
20-30 minutes is the recommended duration for beginners’ infrared sauna sessions, though more experienced users may increase to 25-45 minute sessions once acclimatized.
The ideal range for far infrared therapy is between 120F and 149F (50C and 65C). Whether you prefer a gentle warmth or a more intense session, you're still in the optimal zone.
Simply click the on/off button on the control panel on the exterior of your Radiant Health Sauna and press it until the green light above the interface turns off.
To keep your sauna in excellent condition, follow these care tips:
  • Use towels on the bench and over the entire floor to keep the sauna looking beautiful and brand new. Towels covering the bench and floor absorb sweat and prevent sweat stains on the light coloured hemlock.
  • Use a hand towel to wipe sweat. It makes the sauna session more comfortable and prevents sweat dripping.
  • Remove sweaty towels after each sauna session and wash them. Bring fresh towels in for each sauna session.
  • Wipe the walls, bench, and door handles with a damp (not wet) cloth every month or so, or every few weeks.
  • Vacuum the sauna when it needs it.
  • Clean the glass with a light vinegar water spray. Ensure the vinegar is highly diluted with water, spray the cloth outside of the sauna, and then wipe the glass. Avoid spraying anything inside the sauna so the smells don't get into the wood.
  • Don't use any chemical cleaners, use only natural products, preferably unscented all-natural products or just water on a damp cloth to clean.

Troubleshooting

Our heaters come with a lifetime warranty so you can enjoy your sauna without worrying about a replacement.
If used for too long, any sauna can induce lightheadedness, overheating, or dehydration in some individuals. Drinking the proper amount of water, electrolytes and replenishing trace minerals can be beneficial.
If you notice any symptoms of sensitivity to the effects of the sauna, cease use and stay vigilant of your own body’s cues and limits.
