LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING DELIVERY 

Congratulations on Your Radiant Health Sauna Purchase! We’re excited to support you on your wellness journey. We’re here to ensure that the shipping and delivery process is seamless, simple, and stress-free.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines. Our goal is to get your sauna to you quickly and safely, so you can begin experiencing its calming and rejuvenating benefits as soon as possible.

Order Timing

Your sauna will arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment and carrier pickup which typically takes 5-10 business days. After pickup, transit time is usually 5-14 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your sauna is on the way.

Delivery Appointment

When your sauna reaches the local terminal, they will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note that you’ll have a 3-day window to arrange the delivery.

Curbside Delivery

Your sauna will be delivered curbside. The driver will use a power tailgate to unload the three large boxes and wheel the pallet to the curb. Please ensure you have another person to help you on delivery day to move the boxes into your home.

Note: the driver will not be able to carry the boxes inside your home, garage or up stairs due to safety regulations.

Inspecting Your Shipment

When your sauna arrives, please inspect the three large cardboard boxes for any visible damage before signing for the delivery. Our saunas are packed with care so if you notice any damage, it’s usually limited to the packaging and not the sauna itself. 

If you see damage to a box, please accept the delivery and note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Take a photo of the damage before handing the paperwork back to the driver. If the wall is damaged upon your unboxing, contact us and we will ship you a replacement wall right away. 

If you see significant damage to the boxes (e.g., impacting multiple walls), please refuse the shipment and note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Take a photo of the damage before handing the paperwork back to the driver. Contact us and we will ship you a replacement sauna right away. 

Electrical Requirements

Our saunas are sensitive to GFCI and Arc Fault circuit breakers, and will trip them. Please put the sauna on a normal circuit breaker to avoid any issues.
