IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL

Owners of Radiant Health Elite and Pause infrared saunas should have received an email from our supplier Sauna360 about an Important Radiant Health Sauna Recall Notice.

The free in-home repair for affected units, which includes all Elite and Pause infrared saunas, has been approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. Please visit the link here to learn more and enroll through Sauna360.

IF YOUR SAUNA IS AFFECTED BY THE RECALL

The recall applies to Radiant Health saunas sold from 2013 through August 1, 2026.

If your sauna is included in the safety recall, please do not use your sauna until a qualified technician arranged by Sauna360 or their recall team has completed the approved remedy. You do not need to unplug or disconnect it — simply discontinue use.

Our sauna supplier, Sauna360, is directly managing the safety recall process; these guidelines are provided to assist you with registering your sauna with them.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Our recommendation is to complete the recall enrollment form. You will need:

  • Your sauna's serial number
  • Your sauna model
  • Your sauna series

Follow the steps below to locate this information and complete your enrollment.

STEP 1: FIND YOUR SERIAL NUMBER through the instructions on this page.

STEP 2: IDENTIFY YOUR SAUNA MODEL

Your model can be identified using the information contained within your serial number. How the model appears depends on whether you own an Elite or Pause sauna.

ELITE SAUNAS

For Elite saunas, look for the three-digit model code within your serial number.

An Elite serial number will follow a format similar to:

Match the three-digit code to your sauna model:

  • 810 = E-1H
  • 820 = E-2H
  • 825 = E-2.5H
  • 830 = E-3H
  • 840 = E-4H
  • 870 = EC-3H
  • 880 = EC-4H

PAUSE SAUNAS

For Pause saunas, the model appears directly within the serial number and begins with "P."

U.S. PAUSE SAUNAS

A U.S. Pause serial number will follow a format similar to:

SFXXXXP-2.5H-XXXXX
P-2.5H
↑
Model Number

U.S. Pause models:

  • P-1H
  • P-2H
  • P-2.5H
  • P-3H

CANADIAN PAUSE SAUNAS

Canadian Pause saunas can be identified by "CA" immediately following the model number within the serial number.

A Canadian Pause serial number will follow a format similar to:

SFXXXXP-2.5HCA-XXXXX
P-2.5HCA
↑
Model Identifier

Canadian Pause models:

  • P-1H-CA
  • P-2H-CA
  • P-2.5H-CA

STEP 3: COMPLETE THE SAUNA360 RECALL ENROLLMENT FORM

Once you have your serial number and model number, complete Sauna360's recall enrollment form below.

Recall Enrollment

TIPS FOR COMPLETING THE FORM

If you experience difficulty submitting the form, check the following before trying again:

  • Complete all required fields — make sure every field marked with an asterisk (*) has been completed.
  • Do not upload an invoice or other attachment
  • No proof of purchase is required. The recall is associated with the sauna itself, not the original purchase or purchaser.v
  • Uploading an attachment, such as a PDF invoice, may cause the form to return an error.
  • When asked where you purchased your sauna, select "Retailer."
  • Enter Radiant Health as the retailer name. Do not enter a website URL in this field.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ENROLL?

Once your enrollment has been successfully submitted, Sauna360 or its recall administrator will manage the next steps in the recall process, including providing further information about the repair and coordinating professional technician scheduling.

Sauna360 is administering individual recall cases through its own system. Radiant Health does not have access to individual form submissions, case status, technician scheduling, or other progress within that system. Because of this, our team is not able to provide updates on the status of an individual recall case after enrollment.

Please contact Sauna360's recall team directly for any of the following:

  • Updates on an enrollment form you have already submitted
  • Assistance registering for the recall
  • Questions about your recall progress or status
  • Any other questions or requests relating to the recall process
