Yes. We use toxin-free Canadian Hemlock and water-based adhesives. Third-party tests show zero detectable VOCs in the sauna environment, even when heated.
Assembly usually takes 90 to 120 minutes. Three adults are recommended because the front glass panel is heavy. Panels are labeled and pre-wired, and all tools and hardware are included. We also have set-up videos available on our YouTube Channel.
Yes. Every Pause sauna offers integrated Bluetooth speakers that controllable via your mobile device either inside or outside the sauna. The Bluetooth can also be fully turned off.
Every Pause sauna is compatible with Radiant Health’s standalone in-sauna red light, the Shine 2 Sauna Red Light. It is purpose-built for heated environments and can be purchased as an add-on to any Pause sauna. The panel can be placed close to your body for effective red and near-infrared support.

Far-infrared heat begins working as soon as the sauna turns on, before the air temperature warms up. The sauna can be set as high as 149 degrees Fahrenheit. Many users prefer temperatures between 120 and 140 degrees. Warm-up usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on room temperature.
They are identical in design, features, and materials. The only difference is the Celsius vs. Fahrenheit on your control panel and optional mobile app.
