Life changing
Incredible, helped my dish disease condition by reducing my pain medication and I have a nervous system injury(military war/ptsd). It has helped turn my system into parasympathetic state for evening relaxing and falling asleep. I’d do a full interview representing veterans if need be . I’m really enjoying the product as well my wife loves to join me. The app is amazing and works great because our sauna is in another building. The music system is huge, music therapy is a big part of my healing system and it rocks. My wife like the lites for setting the mood . The sand timer even works out . The only recommendation I think I could make is if Siri could access the app but that’s a small gripe . We had no problem putting it together and it survived the trip from one side of Canada to another with no dings or dents. The support service is spot on and very fast responses to any questions. Sorry for the review flow but it’s hard to fit everything in this little box. I’d recommend it to anyone, I’m hoping for yrs of trouble free sauna soaking guess time will tell.

Yes. Every Pause sauna offers integrated Bluetooth speakers that controllable via your mobile device either inside or outside the sauna. The Bluetooth can also be fully turned off.
Every Pause sauna is compatible with Radiant Health’s standalone in-sauna red light, the Shine 2 Sauna Red Light. It is purpose-built for heated environments and can be purchased as an add-on to any Pause sauna. The panel can be placed close to your body for effective red and near-infrared support.
No. All functions work without the app. The app is optional and provides all pre-heating, heating, timing functions as the control panel outside.
Far-infrared heat begins working as soon as the sauna turns on, before the air temperature warms up. The sauna can be set as high as 149 degrees Fahrenheit. Many users prefer temperatures between 120 and 140 degrees. Warm-up usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on room temperature.
They are identical in design, features, and materials. The only difference is the Celsius vs. Fahrenheit on your control panel and optional mobile app.
Yes. All Pause saunas include a product warranty. Pause saunas are backed by a lifetime warranty on carbon infrared heaters for residential use, a 5-year warranty on electrical and control components, and a limited lifetime warranty on the solid wood structure.
